TD BANK / JOHNSON C. SMITH VENTURE VALLEY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES 1. CONTEST. The Contest shall consist of an in-person, online gaming contest that will take place on October 21, 2025, from 12PM to 5PM EST (“Contest Period”) at the Johnson C. Smith University (“JCSU”) Innovation Center in the Science Bldg at 100 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28216 (“Venue”) (collectively, the “Contest”). In order to submit and Entry to the Contest, Entrants must present themselves in person at the Venue, log in to Venture Valley (“Game”) using a valid Account, enter the tournament invite code specified by Administrator (“Tournament Invite Code”), and play a match in the Game (“Match”) in accordance with the stated Match Goals. Entrants may submit multiple Entries (i.e., play multiple Matches) during the Contest Period at the Venue. The Entrant’s highest Match Goals score for all Entries submitted with the Tournament Invite Code will be used to rank the user on a leaderboard posted at the event Venue.
